A better suggestion for choosing the best football players in the world

It is well known that there has been continuous criticism of the method of selecting the winners of France Football's annual competition, known as the Ballon d'Or, especially regarding the selection of the world's best players.

Also, we take into consideration, the 'hidden' conflict betwen The FIFA & UEFA.

So I suggest the following:

Firstly :
FIFA and UEFA must reach a consensus based on objective principles, for the sake of the game and its global advancement.

Secondly :
FIFA shall create a global annual competition:
which becomes more neutral, credible and authoritative than the France Football's competitions.

FIFA - through propaganda, advertising & the idea supporters - shall present this NEW Competition, morally and psychologically, making it more worthy, more respected, holdibg a higher status, And appreciated & sought after, by everyone.

THIRD :
I have some suggestions, to avoid the constant controversy that usually accompanies the announcement of the best players...

Here is how we may do:
The ten best players in the world may be chosen - on an objective basis - without ranking.
There names would be announced in alphabetical order.

Parameters of selecting best players must be player-related parameters, & not team or coach or adminstration related ones.

To make this point clear:
Best Players' selection would be identified by the outcome of his/her own statistics regarding:
1- no.of scored goals, to total shots on goal.
2 - no. of shots on goal, to those outside the goal.
3 - pass sending precision.
4 - pass receiving skill.
5 - good control of the ball & possession.
6 - skilled penetrating though opponent players.
7 - Running speed.
8 - Amount of effort & serious work in the match.
9 - Intelligence, & mental fitness : meaning the speed of "reading" the field & the speed of excuting the best decision accordingly, ( e.g. whether to send a pass to the best positioned teammate, OR, - otherwise - proceeding himself further with the ball.
10 - behavior : as causing (or avoiding) making much fouls, injuries, or violence, towards the opponent players, much argument or objection against referees' decisions, ..etc.
11 - General manners & personal reputation are taken into account.

Parameters like winning championship, wheather local or continental or even worldwide, should be considered amoung 'best teams or best cochs or besr administration' parameters of choice.

BUT shouldn't be considered in selecting 'the best players', as these parameters are the sum of
"A-WHOLE-GROUP-WORK", not a SINGLE player effort or level of skill or status.

Of course, it is almost impossible to select the best ten players in the world, from among tens of thousands, or perhaps hundreds of thousands, of players registered in FIFA's lists.

To solve this dilemma, the selection would be limited to be from the thousand highest-paid players around the world.

We all know that a player's high salary reflects an extraordinary level of high skills.

The share of each continent—and even each country within a continent—must be determined based on its football strength, and affordability of its clubs to contract with top players.

For example, the European continent will have the largest share (quota) of the 1,000 highest-paid players, and at the country level, England will have a high share, as well.

Latin America's ( OR the whole Americas ) share will come next to Europe's.

African & Asian countries' quotas, would be determined fairly as well.

Back to the ceremony, the names of the ten winners will be announced, in alphabetical order, and they will be called to theatre to receive their (unified) prizes.

Then immediately - in parallel - an instant electronic voting (during this same evening), organised, by a  reputed 3rd-Party (Not the FIFA), would start, for the media viewers, around the world (as happens in music talent competitions), Each voter would choose his/her favourite 3 players out of the declared ten winners.

The voting results would be announced on theatre, at the end of the ceremony, by representatives of that 3rd party organisation, with emphasis on that it is an HONORARY selection by the fans, NOT an official one from FIFA.

Accordingly, the ten winners would be ranked from 10 to 1 according to the no. of votes, each of them would have got.

Again 'This Ranking' is not done by the FIFA,
And - of course - cann't be considered as "OBJECTIVE" to far extent.

So, no more 'material' prizes would be given AGAIN to the winners.

The top THREE voting winners would then be invited again on stage by the voting organisers, to receive 'decorated framed' small boards "certificate" telling their respective ranking positions, according to the fan voting.

Each ot them might give a short speech.
Of course, they would be Re-congratulated and greeted again, by the organizers & the audience.
